  • Role Focus
  • + Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) + Supervise and support individuals in a residential setting + Provide active programming and engagement throughout shifts + Follow and document individualized care plans + Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment + Report any concerns in accordance with mandated reporter guidelines
  • Required Qualifications
  • + High School Diploma or GED + Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record + DSP or related caregiving/behavioral health experience
  • Required + CNA certification
  • Preferred + Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills + Reliable, flexible, and able to pick up shifts as needed
  • Additional Requirements
  • + Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements + Understanding of patient/resident confidentiality and HIPAA standards + Must be at least 18 years of age
