Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks and errands to maintain a safe and clean environment. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to care plans and follow all company policies and procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential. Must pass background checks and any required certifications. Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform household tasks.
