  • The Roles & Responsibilities:
  • We are hiring for Direct Support Professional roles at two different levels.
  • Direct Support Professional (DSP)
  • Starting Rate:
  • $18.00/hour
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
  • Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks).
  • Planning and participating in recreational and community activities.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management.
  • Direct Support Professional 1 (DSP 1)
  • Starting Rate:
  • $18.50/hour
  • All responsibilities of the DSP role.
  • Assisting with more complex client needs and specialized care plans.
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation.
  • Taking on a leadership role in day-to-day operations and client advocacy.
