We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Independent Living Skills (ILS) support staff to work one-on-one with an adult male in Stockton, California . This role focuses on promoting independence, confidence, and daily life skills in a supportive and respectful environment. Position Details Part-time hours Mondays 1pm-3pm Flexible scheduling (ideal as a second job) One-on-one support in the client's home and community
Location:
Stockton, CA Responsibilities Support independent living skills such as: Daily routines and organization Community outings and errands Hygiene maintenance and consistency Budgeting, planning, and goal support Social and communication skill development Encourage independence while providing guidance and structure Maintain professionalism, reliability, and clear communication Ideal Candidate Patient, reliable, and kind Comfortable working independently Experience in caregiving, ILS, SLS, or related fields is a plus (but not required) Must pass background clearance and TB test Reliable transportation preferred Why This Role This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others grow, values respectful support, and wants flexible part-time work with purpose.
