Job Description

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Social & Recreation Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities ages 13+ during activities and community outings. This hands-on role focuses on safety, engagement, and helping participants stay active and included.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision, social skills guidance, and direct support during planned social recreation activities. Assist with daily living skills, mobility, and social interaction Encourage participation and positive behavior Ensure the safety of all participants during the outting as well as during transport. Complete daily documentation and report concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (driving required) Compassionate, reliable, and able to follow directions
Schedule:
Evening and weekend availability required Make a difference while staying active and engaged in the community.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Application Question(s): Willing to submit to a federal level background check? Willing to subnmit to a preemployment drug screen?
