Position Summary The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and support services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role focuses on promoting patient comfort, safety, and dignity while assisting with activities of daily living and implementing the patient's Plan of Care. Responsibilities Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises. Monitor and report any changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition to the supervising RN. Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy home environment. Help patients with meals, nutrition, and fluid intake as directed. Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). Document care provided and observations accurately and promptly. Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times. Participate in ongoing training and in-service education (minimum of 12 hours per year).

Qualifications Required:

Current California Home Health Aide (HHA) certification Minimum 6 months experience in home health, hospital, or nursing home setting Reliable transportation , valid Driver's License , and proof of auto insurance Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and mobility Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and staff

Preferred:

CNA experience Knowledge of home health documentation and procedures Required Credentials (must remain current): Proof of

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Are you willing to travel within a 20-30 mile radius to visit patients in their homes? Do you have a minimum of 6 months of Home Health Aide experience? Do you have at least 2 days of availability per week for patient visits?
