Position Overview We are hiring a Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our dedicated care team. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care Support development of independent living and life skills Administer medications and document care accurately Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean environment Build strong, supportive relationships with residents Promote a positive and respectful group home culture Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and patient Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Willing to live on-site full-time Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
