(CIN, Inc.) has an immediate need to fill positions in the San Bernardino County areas. We would like caring individuals to apply.

REQUIRED

1-year experience with Developmentally/Physically Disabled or similar population, HS Diploma/GED-some college desired, CPR/First Aid Certified within 90 days, Finger Print Clearance, CA Driver's License, clean driving record, up to date vehicle registration, reliable vehicle, able to assist with transfers/lifting, good verbal and written English skills, organized and attentive to detail, and able to meet specific deadlines. Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and follow specific instructions for each individual
• Promote and uphold the rights and dignity of residents
• Support individuals with Developmental Disabilities in their daily routines and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
• Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Lift and transfer residents as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred
• Knowledge of hospice care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
