Caregiver/Caretaker/PCP Give us a call/text and interview today! 720.238.4072 Connecting Hearts is hiring Caregivers with a heart to give, work close to home with a variety of shifts available. Be part of a family company with Caregivers dedicated to providing the highest level of care to every client. Our Caregivers come from all different backgrounds with the purpose of helping others and making a positive difference. Client's care may include, but is not limited to: Medication reminders.
Personal care:
Dressing, showering, toileting. Light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment. Assist in prepping meals or snacks. Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside. Accompany to doctor's appointments, or special gatherings. Encourage exercise or any other physical activity. Memory care for Dementia & Alzheimer's clients. Engaging with clients to build meaningful relationships.
