We are currently seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Home Health Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing pediatric therapy agency.
Please note:
This is an administrative office position and is not a Medical Assistant role. Position Summary The Home Health Office Assistant supports the smooth and efficient operation of the agency by assisting with administrative processes, staff coordination, communication, scheduling support, and documentation management in a fast-paced healthcare office environment. Responsibilities Perform administrative duties including preparing and distributing memos, letters, forms, spreadsheets, faxes, and incoming mail Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks Manage employee paperwork, including collecting, scanning, filing, and updating records Support provider scheduling and family portal access Assist with collection of data for reports, surveys, and contracts Utilize DocuSign to create templates and retrieve completed documents Assist with obtaining physician orders and related documentation Communicate effectively with office staff, clinicians, and families Follow daily direction from the Administrator and leadership team Learn and apply OASIS office procedures and workflows Support the mission, values, and culture of OASIS Pediatric Therapy Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & RequirementsEducation High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Minimum 1 year of administrative office experience in a medical or healthcare setting required Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Experience with DocuSign preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to adapt as systems and processes grow Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay Range:
