This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by promoting independence, safety, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality care in various settings such as home environments, assisted living facilities, or group homes. Requirements Must be Spanish-speaking Availability to work Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (40 hours per week) Prior experience in assisted living, home health, hospice care, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, HIPAA compliance, and basic nursing skills are required or highly desirable Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or memory care needs is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and operating patient transfer equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts) Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to caregiving Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status, reporting any changes or concerns promptly Prepare nutritious meals based on care plans and dietary restrictions while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules and document all activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to ensure safe transfers and mobility Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and infection control practices Support clients with cognitive impairments (e.g., dementia or Alzheimer's) through engagement and emotional reassurance Why Join Us?
