Direct Support Professional - Residential - 2nd Shift - Colchester, CT

$19.39/HOUR - CAREGIVERS NEEDED We are currently hiring for the position of Direct Support Professional at many of our 21 group home locations. Residential shifts available. We are looking for hard working, caring individuals with open availability seven days a week. No experience necessary, we will train the right individuals who wish to make a difference in the lives of our consumers. Our current new hire hourly rate is $19.39 per hour , with yearly increases for the first three years. Additionally, employees receive an annual benefit worth, on average, approximately $13,000 per year. This includes paid holidays, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick pay, 16 hours personal time, fully paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403B retirement plan, and flexible health spending accounts for employees who work at least 30 hours per week or more. REQUIREMENTS
