Caregiver-focused culture that values your work Trusted company with 15+ years in home care Locations in five states, with potential travel opportunities Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care and companionship Support mobility and safety Monitor client wellbeing and report changes to the care team Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Requirements Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate Minimum 6 months of caregiving or home care experience BLS Certification Physical exam within 12 months (free of communicable diseases) PPD/QuantiFERON within 12 months OR chest X-ray within 5 years Valid Driver's License Able to pass a level II background PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years Fingerprints on file with CT DOPH •
