Job Description

Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) Groton, CT | $20/hr Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Day & Evening Shifts Make a Difference—One Person at a
Time:
Join Project Genesis, Inc. and help individuals with acquired brain injuries rebuild independence, confidence, and everyday life skills.
What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one with clients in their homes and community. Support daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, routines, communication). Provide non-medical care, supervision, and encouragement. Help clients reach personal goals and celebrate progress.
What You Need:
18+ with high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).
ABI experience:
2 years (HS diploma) OR 1 year (Bachelor's). Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance. Why Join Us?
