Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management Support activities of daily living, such as transferring, ambulating, and positioning Monitor and report clients' conditions, including changes in health status Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare teams Establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a caregiving role (home care agency, assisted living, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in a healthcare-related field preferred Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record Pass pre-employment background and drug screenings Speak and write English fluently How to
