Job Description

Company Overview Care Connect, LLC is dedicated to connecting compassionate care workers with trusted home care agencies that are actively hiring in their communities. We aim to make job searching easier, faster, and more rewarding for those committed to providing quality home health and senior care.
Schedule:
Availability on weekdays and weekends, mostly days
Responsibilities:
A CareGiver /PCA / HHA Helps patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. Helping with general light housekeeping. Making transportation arrangements as needed. Working with a nurse, personal care aide, CNA, HHA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals. Observing and reporting on the patient's condition. Keeping up with in-service training. Personal care Bathing and general hygiene
Caregiver Requirements:
High school diploma. Registered and Insured Vehicle Willing to drive client locally in your vehicle when needed Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Able to do light housekeeping. Personal Care / Help with bathing and feeding
