Tuesday-Saturday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional! We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in a residential setting. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to helping others live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible while providing meaningful daily support. Schedule Tuesday-Saturday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Consistent weekly hours Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential environment Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene care including bathing and toileting as well as personal support needs Encourage independence, engagement, and community involvement Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Complete documentation accurately and timely Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements Comfortable providing hygiene including bathing and toileting as well as personal care assistance Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and ability to commute to New Haven, CT for 3 consecutive morning training shifts prior to starting schedule Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience working in human services, caregiving, DSP, CNA, behavioral health, or related field Why Join Us?
