Position Summary As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives. This role requires a caring, patient, and reliable individual who is committed to providing quality care and fostering a sense of empowerment for those we serve. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of individuals served. Support individuals in achieving their goals for independence and community inclusion. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals in your care. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members to ensure quality care is provided. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar caregiving or personal care role. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping others succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of those in your care. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
