DSPs are responsible for ensuring the safety, well‑being, and positive engagement of each individual. This includes teaching and encouraging positive behaviors, independence, and appropriate social skills. All DSPs assigned to the Day Support Option (DSO) program are required to transport individuals to and from the program, as well as on community outings, using BMLLC company vehicles.
