Job description: Direct Support Professional (DSP) - IHS Program ( Weekends only ) This role involves providing direct, one‑to‑one support to an individual receiving services through BMLLC. DSPs are responsible for maintaining the individual's safety, promoting positive behavior, and supporting the development of social and interpersonal skills. This assignment is part of our Independent Home Support (IHS) program and requires the use of your personal vehicle , which must be fully insured .
