Full Job Description Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Prior HHA/PCA experience preferred Ability to perform hands-on transfers and wheelchair assistance Must be comfortable with personal care tasks including diapering, boosting, and repositioning Light housekeeping skills (laundry, bed linens, tidying) Ability to run errands, shop, and provide transportation to appointments Strong communication and companionship skills to support well-being and socialization Family preference: candidates under 60 years old

Responsibilities:

Provide daily personal care assistance Assist with mobility, transfers, and wheelchair use Maintain cleanliness of living space including laundry and linens Support errands, shopping, and appointment transportation Offer companionship and monitor overall well-being Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
