Care Connect, LLC Care Connect, LLC is currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and professional caregiver to support a male client in Shelton, CT.
Schedule Available:
7 Days Per Week 6
Hours Per Day Consistent Schedule Immediate Opening Responsibilities Include:
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Personal care assistance Bathing, grooming, and dressing support Toileting and incontinence care as needed Meal preparation and assistance with meals Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Companionship and social engagement Monitoring client safety and well-being Assistance with mobility and transfers as needed Documentation of services provided Communication with agency staff regarding client needs and changes in condition
Requirements:
HHA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Ability to pass state and national background checks Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor Ability to work independently Strong communication skills Authorized to work in the
United States Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with seniors or individuals requiring personal care assistance Experience with mobility assistance and fall prevention
