We're seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Program Workers (RPWs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This event is specifically to support our sites in the following locations: Shelton, CT; Monroe, CT; Oxford, CT; Monroe, CT For this event, we will ONLY be conducting interviews for folks who are able to: Commit to a consistent 16-40 hour weekend schedule (incides Saturday and/or Sunday) at one of our Residential Group Homes in the Shelton. Monroe, Oxford area of Connecticut. Accept an hourly pay rate, ranging from $18.50

40 per hour. Make appropriate accommodations to attend a paid 5-day New Employee Orientation in Hartford, CT. Verify both a valid Driver's License and a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
