This role offers an engaging opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while working in a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for the client, ensuring she receives the care and assistance she needs in a comfortable environment. Caregiver with a vehicle needed. Fluent in English/Polish.
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday 7AM to 3PM 3PM to 11
PM Responsibilities:
Proven experience in home health, assisted living, and nursing homes. Experience with Dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care is highly valued. Elderly client needs assistance with daily living activities and meal preparation. Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Work collaboratively with family members and supervisors to develop and follow-up personalized care plans. Providing companionship and emotional support to the client is very important. Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes in condition.
