Job Description

Join our team as a Patient Care Associate / Direct Support Professional!

Location:

Throughout Connecticut Available Shifts:

All shifts open Part-time and full-time options Weekend availability is required

Job Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating) Help patients move and transfer safely (bed, chair, walking) Help with toileting and hygiene needs Prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple patients Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and professionalism

Requirements:
