Responsibilities Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support clients with meal preparation, cooking, and nutritional needs while maintaining a clean and safe environment Safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Engage clients in social activities and community outings to promote independence and socialization Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, incident reports, and adherence to care plans Requirements Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of individual care techniques including CPR, first aid, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, autism support, and working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use assistive devices Strong observational skills for individual monitoring and safety assurance Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, families, and healthcare professionals Valid certifications in CPR and first aid; additional certifications in HIPAA compliance or nursing are advantageous Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed Join our team to provide compassionate support that transforms lives!
