POSITION. ONLY REQUIRED FIVE HOURS OF DIRECT CARE ON SUNDAYS.
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual. This role focuses on promoting independence, supporting daily living skills, and enhancing overall quality of life. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support in a respectful, person-centered manner Assist with grocery shopping , including planning, budgeting, and transportation as needed Support meal planning and basic food preparation to encourage healthy eating habits Perform and assist with light housekeeping tasks (e.g., dishes, tidying living spaces) Encourage independence and active participation in daily routines Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Document services provided according to program requirements Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with residents & families while maintaining a compassionate approach. We are looking for a direct support professional to work

FIVE HOURS.
This person must be able to provide transportation to the individual. MUST have a valid driver's license, registration & insurance for vehicle.
Pay:
$18.00
