You do NOT have an active DC HHA license You are seeking PRN, part-time, or weekend-only work You are looking for a flexible or changing schedule You do not have reliable transportation You are applying for a non-clinical or caregiver-only role About the Role P3SG is seeking a DC-licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Southeast and Northeast Washington, DC. This is a full-time, weekday-only position —ideal for caregivers looking for consistency, stability, and meaningful patient connections . What You'll Do Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Support with light housekeeping and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in patient condition Observe medication routines and report concerns Accurately document care provided Collaborate with a clinical care team Qualifications Active DC Home Health Aide (HHA) License (REQUIRED) Minimum 1 year of experience with elderly or frail populations Strong communication and professionalism in patient homes Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Comfortable using basic technology for documentation Must pass background check and required health screenings What You'll Love About This Role Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM) No weekends or PRN shifts Competitive pay: $20
