No Weekends. Make a Real Impact. P3SG is hiring an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients in both a clinic setting and in their homes throughout SE & NE Washington, DC . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent schedule, long-term stability, and meaningful work supporting the elderly community . What You'll Do Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) : Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Support with meal prep, light housekeeping, and daily routines Monitor and report changes in: Vital signs, condition, and overall health status Provide care in both: Clinic setting Patients' homes throughout

Document care provided in the electronic health record system Work as part of a collaborative care team What We're Looking For Active DC Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification (Required) Minimum 1 year experience working with elderly or frail populations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Backgrounds Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with home care experience is a plus Location & Travel Must be able to travel within SE and NE Washington, DC Combination of clinic work and in-home patient care Compensation & Benefits $20
