Role:

P3SG is looking for a dedicated and dependable Home Care Personal Care Worker (HHA) to support elderly participants in their homes. This is a high-responsibility role where you will be trusted to directly impact a patient's safety, comfort, and well-being. What You'll Be Doing Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support with meal preparation, cleaning, and household tasks Monitor patient condition and report any changes immediately Assist with mobility and ensure a safe environment Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EHR or care logs) Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors proactively Must-Have Requirements (No Exceptions) Active DC Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification (Required) Minimum 1+ year hands•on experience with elderly or disabled patients Comfortable working independently in home-care settings Strong communication and reporting skills Valid Driver's License + Reliable Transportation Basic computer skills (documentation, email, etc. Ideal Backgrounds Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Aide (PCA) Location & Travel Must be able to travel within SE and NE Washington, DC Combination of clinic work and in-home patient care Compensation & Benefits $20•$21 per hour Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO) Stable, full-time schedule Apply Today If you're a dedicated HHA looking for a steady Monday-Friday schedule, meaningful patient care, and a supportive team environment, we encourage you to apply today.
