- Direct Support Professional (Part‑Time) Multiple Shifts Available | Set Schedules KenCrest is hosting an in‑person hiring event in Delaware , and we're looking to connect with candidates interested in Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles in our residential and community‑based programs . DSPs support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities, helping with daily routines, building independence, and staying connected to the world around them. This is meaningful, hands‑on work where you can make a real difference every day. What You'll Do Support individuals with daily routines like meals, dressing, and medication Assist with community activities such as shopping, appointments, and outings Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Work as part of a team to support individuals in living as independently as possible Schedule This is a part‑time position with set schedules , offering a variety of options: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available Great for those looking for steady hours with flexibility in shift type What You Bring Experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field preferred High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience Ability to pass background checks and complete required training A reliable, compassionate, and motivated approach to supporting others If you're new to the field, we're still happy to talk — training is provided
