Set Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hourCore Responsibilities (Applicable to All DSP Roles)\n \n\n

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals to ensure safety, engagement, and well-being.\n \n\n
• Assist individuals with personal care tasks, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation.\n \n\n
• Implement and follow individualized care plans, supporting each person's goals and skill development.\n \n\n
• Administer medications accurately and in compliance with agency policies and regulations.\n \n\n
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.\n \n\n
• Utilize approved behavior intervention techniques to assist individuals in emotional and behavioral regulation.\n \n\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, progress, incidents, and other required reports.\n \n\n
• Foster community integration by facilitating participation in activities, events, and social interactions.\n \n\n
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, team members, and external service providers.\n \n\n
• Attend required training, staff meetings, and professional development sessions to stay informed and compliant with agency expectations.\n \n\n
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.\n \n\n

• Engage individuals in structured activities that promote learning, socialization, and skill development.\n \n\n

• Collaborate with the day program team to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes.\n\nResidential DSP\n \n\n
• Support individuals in maintaining independent living skills, such as housekeeping, budgeting, and cooking.\n \n\n
• Assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and meal preparation based on dietary needs and preferences.\n \n\n
• Monitor and report any health concerns, ensuring medical appointments are scheduled and attended.\n \n\n
• Serve as a liaison between individuals, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.\n\nFloater DSP\n \n\n
• Adapt to different home and program environments, providing coverage as needed.\n \n\n
