Job Description

Job Overview We are growing, and looking for excellent people to join our team! Seeking individuals who have compassion for people with multiple disabilities and enjoy seeing them grow to be as independent as possible.
Day Shift:
Monday

00/hour Medical Coverage (90% employee / 80% dependents) Paid Time Off (15 days) Personal Days (2 days) Bereavement & Jury Duty Leave Holiday Pay (15 days, including Dec 24 through Jan 1) 403(b) Retirement Plan Match (2%) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Company work attire Paid on-the-job training Duties Implementing activities for and with the participants Personal care/toileting Feeding Lifting and transferring to activity equipment Writing daily notes describing the individual's day & their chosen activities Requirements High School diploma or GED Valid driver's license Pass a 70lb lift test Pass 5-panel drug test, PPD (TB) test, criminal background check, Medicaid Fraud check, and Adult/Child Abuse Registry checks. One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required.
