Home Health Aide (HHA)

Responsibilities:

Accompaniment & Errands :

Escort clients to doctor's appointments, health check-ups, or therapy sessions. Accompany clients/ go for grocery shopping , pharmacy visits, and other personal errands. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing. Provide personal care assistance to clients, including dressing and grooming. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with meal preparation and cooking

Requirements:

CNA preferred Provide proof of valid car insurance A minimum of two years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) is required. Hoyer Lift experience is preferred Clear Criminal and Background Record Reliability and Timeliness are key Willingness to undergo a mandatory Home Health Aide Training program Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
