Apopka, Florida and surrounding areas Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing Home Health team serving patients in the Apopka area. The Home Health Aide will provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to the established Plan of Care. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide assistance with ambulation, transfers, and mobility. Assist with toileting and incontinence care. Help patients with meal preparation and feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping related to patient care. Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Follow infection control and safety protocols. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families. Comply with all agency policies, HIPAA regulations, and state requirements. Qualifications Current Florida Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or equivalent training. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass Level 2 Background Screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous home health experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and professionally in patients' homes. Benefits Flexible scheduling. Competitive pay.
