Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments, grocery stores, and errands Support mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan Observe and report any changes in condition to the Director of Nursing Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Florida HHA License in good standing High school diploma or GED Valid CPR certification Current physical and negative TB test (within the last 12 months) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug screen and motor vehicle background check Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to client confidentiality Ability to assist with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, etc.) Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred) Weekend availability Required BrightStar Care of Miami, FL is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, disability, or any other protected classification under federal, state, or local law.
