Job Description

Job Summary Keystone Solutions Group is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Personal Supports, Companion (Life Skills Development Level 1), and Respite services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Palm Beach County. DSPs provide non-medical care, supervision, companionship, and community-based support to help individuals live safely and independently in their homes and communities. Services may include assistance with daily living activities, community participation, socialization, and independent living skills based on each client's support plan. This position is ideal for individuals who are patient, reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting others while promoting dignity, independence, and community inclusion. Duties Provide companionship, supervision, and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily routines as needed Support clients with community activities, appointments, recreational outings, and social engagement Encourage independence, community integration, and development of life skills Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes in accordance with APD Medicaid Waiver requirements Follow company policies, safety procedures, and APD guidelines Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and supervisors Transport clients to approved activities or appointments when required Skills & Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass Level 2 background screening Ability to complete required APD training requirements Ability to work independently and responsibly Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus This position is ideal for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
