This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Your expertise will support clients across various care needs, including senior care, disability support, and memory care, fostering a comfortable and respectful environment. We value energetic, caring professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered services. Responsibilities Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as cleaning and cooking Observe and monitor patients' health status by taking vital signs and reporting changes promptly Experience Prior experience in home health or long-term care environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Experience using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for documentation and patient tracking Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient care and caregiving procedures Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications like medication administration or hospice care are a plus Previous roles involving senior care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings will strengthen your application HHA must have all required documents and certificates as per HR policy.
