JOB DESCRIPTION / JOB FUNCTIONS
- Call the Alliance to verify cases and to enter new patients
- Update patient records.
- Schedule PPDs for new patients and check that all current ones have it in good standing.
- Complete the patient's H&P. Ensure that all Adult Care Licenses are up to date and posted in a visible place.
- Complete forms 3008
- Control of the Chart and Files of Members, Employees and Subcontractors.
- Once these steps call the alliance

JOB DESCRIPTION/FUNCIONES DE TRABAJO
- Llamar a la alianza para verificar los casos y para entrar nuevos pacientes
- Actualizar los expedientes de los pacientes
- Programar los PPD para los pacientes nuevos y revisar que todos los actuales lo tengan vijente.
- Completar el H&P del paciente Vigilar que todas las Licencias del Adult Care esten al dia y colocadas en un lugar visible.
- Completar las formas 3008
- Control de los Chart y Files de los Miembros, Empleados y Sub Contrators.
- Una vez estos pasos llamar a la alianza
