Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive services through the Medicaid Waiver program . DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their communities. Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision in accordance with each individual's support plan Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and hygiene as needed Support individuals with community integration , transportation, and recreational activities Implement skill-building goals such as independent living, social skills, and self-advocacy Administer or assist with medications as trained (if applicable) Maintain accurate documentation and service notes in compliance with Medicaid Waiver requirements Ensure health, safety, and dignity of all individuals served Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and support team members Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred (but not required) Ability to pass level 2 background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transporting clients) CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills Commitment to person-centered and respectful care Pay & Benefits Paid training Opportunities for overtime and advancement Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling Why Join Us Make a meaningful difference in someone's life every day Work in a supportive, mission-driven environment Gain valuable experience in the Medicaid Waiver and human services field Ongoing training and professional development opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates may apply by submitting a resume to:
