About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and reliable live-in caregiver to provide support to an adult client with cerebral palsy in Largo, Florida . This is a unique opportunity to live in a supportive, stable environment while making a meaningful impact in someone's life. The ideal candidate will be patient, dependable, and experienced in direct care for individuals with physical disabilities. Responsibilities Provide personal support, including assistance with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, PT/OT exercises, and transfers. Offer companion care , including social engagement and community activities. Assist with medication reminders and ensure health/safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation). Support daily routines and encourage independence where possible. Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies. Requirements Prior caregiving experience (personal support, home health aide, CNA, or similar). Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills. Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility support. Must be able to commit to a live-in position . Valid driver's license

. Background check required. Client has her own vehicle, howeer staff must have their own personal transportation

Work Schedule:

8 hours per day of personal support services 2 days of companion services- 6 hours each. The live-in staff is responsible for the client 24 hrs per day in case of emergencies and whten the client is not with other staff. This is a live-in position with flexible hours to ensure the needs of the client are met. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $700 per week , paid weekly . Pay increases every 6 months for the first 2 years, reaching $850/week . Private living accommodations provided. Stable, long-term position with consistent pay.
