Personal Care Assistant (PCA) FT 155 Landover Place, Longwood, FL 32750 $15 an hour - Full-time $15 an hour - Full-time Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
Shifts:
7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm Start Your Path Toward Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Are you compassionate, motivated, and ready to begin a meaningful career in healthcare? We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents and gain hands-on experience while working toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). What You'll Do Assist residents with daily living needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support safe mobility, transfers, and daily exercises Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and document vital signs and health observations Maintain confidentiality and accurate records What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask and work well within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills No previous PCA experience required — just a willingness to learn Why Join Our Team?
