DAY, NIGHT & LIVE-IN
CAREGIVER POSITIONS - OCALA, FL A
licensed Special Needs Group Home in Ocala is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Available Positions:
    Day and Night Shifts :
    8 or 12-hour AM and PM shifts
      Rotational Live-In Shifts :
      24-hour sleep shifts with 8+ hours of rest. Flexible scheduling with 2-, 3-, or 4-day rotations. Room, board, and utilities are provided at no cost during shifts.
      What We're Looking For:
      • A compassionate and patient individual who enjoys working with others
      • Strong time management skills
      • Experience caring for multiple individuals with special needs (up to 6 at a time)
      • Someone who is trustworthy, honest, and takes pride in their work
      Preferred Experience:
      • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience
      Primary Responsibilities:
      • Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
      • Providing quality resident care and engaging in meaningful activities
      • Administering medications (training and certification assistance provided)
      • Housekeeping, cooking, and general home upkeep
      • Transporting clients and participating in community outings
      Requirements:
      • CPR certified or willing to obtain certification prior to start
      • Must be at least 21 years old
      • High school diploma or GED
      • Valid driver's license
      • Ability to pass FDLE and local background checks
      • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in healthcare or in a group home/assisted living setting for individuals with special needs Why Work With Us?
