Various Counties-Citrus, Marion and Levy Now Hiring:
HHA (Home Health Aide) who have a heart to serve will train and certify
Job Duties:
Assist with "hands-on" care, such as eating, bathing, dressing, and skin, oral and hair care Measure temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, monitor intake and output of fluids (if necessary) Performing basic grooming/cosmetic assistance (brushing hair, assisting with makeup, filing/polishing nails, etc.) Performing light household tasks (meal preparation, laundry, light cleaning, etc.) Limiting clutter facilitates movement and makes it easier for Clients to stay active within the home. Identifying and remedying trip and fall hazards in the home greatly reduces the risk of injury and hospitalization.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED 18 years or older due to hours of work HHA Certificate preferred or will train Valid Driver's License for required travel Social Security Card and/or Verification of Right to Work in the United States Be able to obtain CPR (online certification is not accepted) Physician's statement "Free of Communicable Diseases" (less than 6 months old) Negative TB test result (chest x-ray, PPD, or blood test is acceptable) Employer conducts Background Check, Reference check
Work Schedule:
Full and Part time positions available.
PRN, Days, Nights, Weekends Salary:
