Resident Care Assistant/ Med Techs for 3 - 11 Shift Full TIme

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Administer medications and treatments as directed (Med Tech certification preferred) Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a secure environment

Skills and Qualifications:

Certified Med Tech or significant experience as a caregiver (preferred) Prior experience in senior care or healthcare setting is highly desirable Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively during the 3 to 11 shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of safety procedures and health regulations in senior care At Grand Villa of Palm Bay, we value our team members and are committed to fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
