What You'll Do:
Provide support services based on individualized Care Plans created by licensed health professionals (required) Assist clients with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, eating, dressing, shaving, and transfers Maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping Support health-related tasks such as toileting assistance, mobility support, range of motion exercises, and basic medical monitoring (e.g., temperature, pulse, blood pressure) Assist with dietary preparation and reinforce wellness goals Demonstrate attentiveness, reliability, and a commitment to improving each client's quality of life
What You'll Need:
Must be over the age of 18 (required) High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required) Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon employment Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sincere desire to care for the elderly Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test Benefits Available to
