Shifts available:

Full Time 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm •Must be able to work flexible days and weekends

Responsibilities:

Identifies and reports any suspected abuse or violations of an individuals rights Provides support, assistance, and supervision to meet the needs and goals of the individuals according to their plans Ensures that each individuals training, behavior and support programs are being implemented and documented in accordance with regulatory requirements Ensures that the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals are protected at all times Assist with personal care, including bathing and grooming Assist with meal preparation and snacks. Complete light housekeeping task and laundry Ensures all homes, outside areas and vehicles are well maintained and organized Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1 year experience preferred: working with individuals with disabilities Valid Driver License AND clean driving record Active CPR/FA certificate Comfortable working independently PPD completed in the past year Proof of Education required
