THIS JOB IS CURRENTLY AN ON-CALL

POSITION- With our growing clientele we are seeking out individuals who are readily available for client assigned upon acquisition. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking professionals who possess communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a healthcare team. If you are patient, professional, and have a heart for service, we want to meet you. Service Areas We are currently hiring for cases across the following locations: St Augustine (St. Johns)

Core Responsibilities Patient Care:

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being and quality of life.

Daily Assistance:

Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Clinical Documentation:

Document patient care activities accurately using EVV systems in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations .

Reliability:

Maintain consistent schedules and provide dependable care to our vulnerable elderly population.

Required Qualifications Minimum Age:

18 years or older.

Education Minimum:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Background:

Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA).

Certifications:

Current CPR/BLS Certification is mandatory.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable vehicle , valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.

Preferred Experience Essential:

Prior caregiving experience in home and community settings demonstrating patience, compassion, and professionalism.

Preferred:
