Position Overview The Full-Time Dedicated Caregiver role is designed for caregivers seeking consistent hours, benefits, and a stable case structure. This position requires reliability, flexibility, and strong communication. Our clients depend on continuity of care, and this role is essential to maintaining their safety, independence, and quality of life. Assigned visits must be accepted Any visit changes must be communicated with the office If a patient is not home, cancels, or refuses care: You must call the office before leaving the home No call / no show is not permitted and will result in immediate change to PRN status Call-outs should be limited to emergencies or illness and communicated as early as possible Repeated unexcused absences may result in termination Job Responsibilities Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting) Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life Minimum Requirements CPR certification (assistance available if needed) TB test within the past 12 months (assistance available) Level 2 AHCA Background Screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com) Why Etairos Health?
