We are looking for caregivers who lead with kindness, patience, and heart. What You'll Do As a Home Health Aide, you will: Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Offer mobility support and safe transfers Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment Provide medication reminders Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate service documentation Your presence will make a real difference in someone's daily life. Who You Are Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred but not required HHA or CNA certification CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Strong communication skills Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor What We Offer Starting pay at $14/hour Overtime opportunities Flexible scheduling (9-40 hours per week based on availability) A supportive, family-oriented team Meaningful work that truly matters Referral bonus If you have a heart for service and want to be part of a team that values compassion above all else, we would love to meet you.
